Job summary

Xnurta is seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead the entire funnel from awareness to expansion in a hybrid Bay Area environment. You will own activation, onboarding, and measured value delivery, while shaping messaging and launches to land with advertisers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates ship growth experiments, write clearly about product value, and thrive in a data-driven, AI-enabled, B2B SaaS setting. This role collaborates across product, design, sales, and CS to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years across growth product management and/or product marketing, with depth in both.
• Personally shipped growth work: funnel instrumentation, onboarding redesigns, pricing/packaging changes, rigorous experiments.
• Strong writing skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Comfort with data: SQL, dashboards, and product analytics without heavy reliance on others.
• B2B SaaS experience, buyer is a professional with a budget and a spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and expansion funnel end-to-end: signup, connect ad accounts, first optimization, value realization.
• Define positioning and messaging to articulate product value against competition.
• Launch end-to-end initiatives with cross-functional teams and measure adoption impact.
• Build self-serve capabilities while knowing when human involvement is necessary.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and finance on packaging and GTM readiness.
