Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our product suite. You will identify opportunities to help more businesses discover Ramp and expand their usage over time.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop a growth strategy grounded in customer insight and experimentation, balancing rapid iteration with reliability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field.
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience, building technical products from ideation to launch.
• Data-driven mindset with SQL ability to answer questions and shape strategy.
• Slope over intercept—demonstrated high-growth trajectory and leadership potential.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and lead initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Passion for AI with hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth product strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Own the roadmap, priorities, and execution for a defined growth surface area.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of growth experiences including AI-powered onboarding and recommendations.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Conduct customer research and analyze product metrics to identify adoption friction and opportunities.
• Define and track growth KPIs, run controlled experiments, and apply results to improvements.
• Evaluate AI-powered experiences for growth impact, quality, and safeguards for financial data.
