Job summary

Ramp is seeking a data-focused analytics leader to shape Ramp's data products and insights. You’ll partner with product, engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize work, improve reporting, and drive measurable outcomes.

You will build scalable data models, ship high-quality features, and foster a culture of experimentation in a fast-growing fintech. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery, collaboration, and impact across Ramp’s US teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong SQL skills with performant queries in modern warehouses.
• Familiar with BI/analytics tools and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Proven track record shipping features at scale in startups.

Responsibilities

• Full stack development to consume, transform, and expose data for stakeholders and production systems.
• Champion experiments, testing, and best practices in analytics.
• Improve Ramp’s data team processes, tools, and systems for scalable decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and design to road-map and measure success.
• Work with data engineering to transform raw data into actionable insights and drive business actions.
