Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Head of Growth Product, Mail to drive compounding growth across web, desktop, mobile, and AI-enabled surfaces. You will lead a team of growth PMs and own funnels, reporting to Head of Marketing & Growth and partnering with Grammarly, Go, and central teams.

This senior, cross-functional role requires 10+ years in product management with PLG growth and a track record of moving quickly from insight to shipped product. AI-native and mobile/go-to-market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 3+ years leading growth at a PLG company.
• Experience managing growth PMs across multiple funnels or surfaces.
• Rigorous funnel thinking with prioritization by opportunity size.
• Hands-on with self-serve monetization levers (pricing, packaging, trials, offers).
• Strong data fluency; comfortable designing experiments and growth models.
• Proven track record shipping quickly from insight to product with imperfect data.
• Bonus: AI-native company or growth on mobile / third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of growth PMs across web, desktop, mobile, agent, and connectors.
• Own multiple funnels and partner with Grammarly, Go, and central growth teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and expansion teams to drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Grammarly, Go, and central teams to distribute Mail across the Superhuman suite.
