Jerry.ai is expanding its Data Science & Analytics team, embedding in growth, product, AI and automation, and partnerships to drive impact across the business. You will own the analytical function end-to-end within one core unit.

You will surface insights, define metrics, run experiments, and translate findings into actions that move key metrics. This is hands-on work with direct stakeholder engagement and clear ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand business questions and the decisions they inform.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface actionable insights.
• Drive outcomes: present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations and drive next steps.
