Jerry.ai is hiring for a Data Science & Analytics role where you’ll sit on our central team but be embedded in growth, product, AI and automation, or partnerships. You’ll own the analytical function end-to-end for your business unit, surface insights, and drive decisions with stakeholders.

You will define the right problems, build metrics and experiments, and push recommendations to product, growth, finance and operations to move key metrics.

Qualifications

• Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before touching data.
• Analytical with SQL or Python, can structure and interpret data.
• Owns ambiguities and delivers impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence leadership

Responsabilités

• Embed the analytics function in a core business area and own it end-to-end.
• Define business questions and set measurable goals.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments.
• Present recommendations and drive next steps with partners
