Factory is seeking a PM for Growth to own activation and self-serve offerings, guiding how users become active on the platform and how pricing and packaging evolve. You’ll work across engineering, Marketing, BizOps, and Deployment to ensure the right priorities drive more happy Factory users.

You’ll need sharp technical instincts and empathy for developers, with the authority to make fast, high-quality decisions in ambiguity, including presenting roadmap priorities to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience spanning product and engineering roles, with a deep developer tools background or at least 1 year in an engineering role.
• Experience leading Growth teams in an Enterprise context with a fast-paced, data-driven approach.
• Strong technical foundation, ability to partner with engineering to design, build, and ship complex products.
• Proven ability to drive product launches from concept to release with measurable user adoption or business impact.
• Active engagement with the AI ecosystem, staying current on coding agents, model capabilities, and industry trends.
