LiveKit is seeking its first Product Operations Manager to design how a fast-growing product team works. You’ll own the operating cadence, the roadmap system, and the process to turn plans into action, enabling PMs and the head of product to move faster.

You’ll build onboarding, quarterly planning, and user research loops, ensuring insights flow to product decisions. This role blends strategy, operations, and hands-on execution in a developer-focused, autonomy-loving culture.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in product operations or a closely related role (e.g., chief of staff to a product leader, product program management).
• Built a product team operating cadence from scratch at a scaling company.
• Clear and effective writer of templates, updates, plans, and documentation.
• Data fluent: define metrics, work in BI tools, SQL a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run the product team's operating cadence, planning cycles, and recurring updates with visible decisions and follow-ups.
• Own the roadmap structure for multiple audiences, ensuring it stays current and accessible.
• Make goals and progress visible by leading quarterly goal setting and reporting with the data team.
• Maintain lightweight product playbooks from framing a problem to launch, including docs, pricing, and GTM readiness.
• Run the customer insight engine by connecting sales, success, and customer feedback to PMs.
• Grow PM team's craft through onboarding, training, and coaching on processes and career development.
• Choose and run the team's tools for roadmapping, analytics, and AI to maximize PM impact.
• Be a partner in running the product org by identifying blockers and proposing improvements.
