Glean is looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead our Growth product area. This role demands expertise in product-led growth, activation, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product management experience and a strong understanding of growth mechanics.

This hybrid position requires 4 days a week in the Mountain View office. Offering a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $280,000 annually, plus comprehensive health benefits, generous time-off policy, and stipends for home office, education, and wellness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management related to growth and activation.
• Fluency in growth mechanics, funnels, activation, retention, and virality.
• Experience in AI and enterprise software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the PLG motion end to end and design engagement loops.
