Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Manager to own the Growth Platform, unifying CRM, contract lifecycle, master data, ERP, and data warehouse. You will drive end-to-end workflows across systems, ensuring seamless handoffs and data integrity while collaborating with Growth Operations, Legal, Finance, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, agile delivery, and data-driven adoption in a regulated, government-facing environment.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of digital product management experience, owning products from discovery to launch.
Cross-system ownership across platforms and integrations between systems of record.
Ability to read schemas, trace data lineage, and query a warehouse without an analyst.
Deep experience managing backlogs and leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Own the 12–18 month roadmap for the Growth Platform across multiple systems.
Map the lifecycle and ensure clean handoffs across CRM, CLM, ERP, and data warehouse.
Own data integration decisions, sync directions, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with Growth Operations, Business Development, Legal, and Finance to define requirements.
Define acceptance criteria and manage agile ceremonies and QA.
