Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, owning products from discovery to launch.
• Proven experience owning a platform spanning multiple systems of record, including integrations between them.
• You can read a schema, follow data lineage, and query a warehouse without waiting on an analyst.
• Deep experience managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 12-18 month roadmap for the platform as a whole, balancing requests from functions that each see one slice of the workflow.
• Maintain the authoritative view of how opportunities move across systems and where handoffs break.
• Own how systems exchange data: sync direction, failure modes, and which system wins when records disagree.
