Job summary

General Medicine Inc. is building a healthcare storefront that makes care access radically simpler and more transparent.

As Growth PM, you will scale the enterprise relationships and build the systems connecting our platform to payers, employer partners, and healthcare networks. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to ship integrations, APIs, and workflows, defining roadmaps and success metrics to ensure scalable operations as volume grows.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or integration-heavy environments.
• Experience owning technically complex product surfaces or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with multi-source data and operational systems.
• Ability to define metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize under constraint.
• Technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and system design with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-facing product initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through launch and iteration
• Define and maintain a clear enterprise product roadmap aligned to company goals and partner needs
• Design and prioritize complex integrations with payers and other external partners, balancing technical constraints with business impact
• Translate regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements into clear, testable product specifications
• Partner closely with engineering to scope APIs, data models, workflows, and system architecture decisions
• Define success metrics and monitor system performance, reliability, and partner experience post-launch
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale partner integrations over time
• Drive structured decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to the long‑term strategy and evolution of our B2B platform
