Anduril Industries in the United States is building the financial systems backbone for a fast-scaling manufacturing company, blending ERP platforms with data pipelines to deliver trustworthy financial insight. As Finance Solutions Manager, you will own the platforms, data, and processes that turn raw operational activity into auditable numbers.

You will partner with controllers, FP&A, supply chain, and data engineering to automate reconciliation, design scalable cost and revenue workflows, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of an ERP or financial platform and finance systems.
• Strong accounting fundamentals: ledger, cost, revenue, close.
• Experience driving end-to-end finance solutions and data flows.
• Ability to work with data at scale and define data models and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own design and continuous improvement of core finance systems (ERP, cost accounting).
• Gather requirements from Finance and Operations and translate into configured solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end (entity setups, cost flows, order-to-cash).
• Build data models, controls, and reconciliations for month-end close.
• Drive automation and self-service to reduce manual tasks.
• Establish change-management standards and documentation to scale the platform.
• Bridge Finance and Engineering/Data teams to reflect accounting needs.
• Mentor analysts on finance systems practices.
