Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior Operations Lead, Growth Platform in Warren, NJ. This hybrid role drives operational excellence across planning, including LRP and ABP, and manages platform P&Ls and forecasting with cross-functional demand planners.

A strong analytics background and Excel expertise are essential for influencing senior stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years in analytics/finance and a proven ability to synthesize data into enterprise narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, insights, strategy, finance or related fields (CPG or consumer health preferred).
• Experience with forecasting, financial planning, or demand planning processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with market data & consumer panels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic oversight of platform business cases and KPIs with dashboards.
• Own Long-Range Planning and Annual Business Planning for GCC; deliver monthly performance reports.
• Manage budget and align with strategic priorities while coordinating with category teams.
