Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Regional Administrator for Inpatient Hospitalist Services to deliver strategic and operational leadership across the hospitalist program in the network.

The role partners with executive leadership to drive growth, standardization, and alignment of clinical priorities, while ensuring exceptional patient care and financial performance through efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Business or Health Care Administration is required.
• Six years of progressively responsible leadership experience in applicable field with four years in people management.
• Experience in a physician organization or clinical practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs, develops and implements strategic and operational/high level projects and processes to achieve objectives.
• Oversees staff development to meet quality, service and cost objectives; provides coaching and performance guidance.
• Manages budgets, financial performance, and resource planning for the Region; drives process improvements.
