Job summary

TRC Advisory, part of the Elixirr Group, is a leading growth and performance strategy consultancy headquartered in Chicago with a growing North American presence. We seek Associate Principal to lead growth strategy, pricing, and profitability initiatives, directing workstreams, mentoring teams, and managing client relationships across major markets.

Travel up to 3–4 days per week is required as you collaborate with mid to senior teams and executive clients, delivering senior-level engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a demanding four-year college.
• 7+ years of consulting or relevant business experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to improve the status quo.
• Results-oriented team player with leadership skills.
• Experience in strategy and/or pricing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Willingness to travel up to 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a team thought leader and drive full workstreams with mid to senior clients.
• Develop and own insight for workstreams, meet deadlines with minimal errors.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates, provide direction.
• Manage client relationships at mid- and senior-level.
• Identify opportunities to create value and communicate clearly.
• Lead client development and follow-on work.
