Envista's Orascoptic business seeks a Sr. Manager, Digital Paid Marketing-Growth and Performance to lead global paid media and partnerships from its Madison, WI office.

This role focuses on data-driven optimization, forecasting, and investment management to drive lead generation, appointments, pipeline, and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, you will own channel strategy, optimize acquisition, and collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Regional Marketing to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth-focused roles.
• Experience managing paid media, affiliate channels, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience with marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global paid media plans across search, social, and emerging channels.
• Develop lead forecasting models by market to align with targets and pipeline needs.
• Own acquisition funnel optimization from visitor to lead, and lead to appointment/opportunity.
• Develop and manage scalable affiliate and media partnership programs.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience to optimize ecommerce conversion and revenue.
