You will collaborate with Brand, Digital Experience, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to align acquisition strategies with budgets, optimize the funnel from visitor to lead to appointment, and drive revenue growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles.
• Proven experience managing paid media, affiliate channels, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience working with marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global paid media plans across search, social, and performance channels.
• Recommend channel mix and investment allocation by region based on performance data and priorities.
• Establish acquisition targets including cost per lead and return on ad spend.
• Develop lead forecasting models by market aligned with targets and pipeline needs.
• Own performance optimization across the acquisition funnel from visitor to lead and to appointment.
• Evaluate lead-to-appointment conversion and downstream performance indicators.
