Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager in a fast-paced shop environment. Paid training will teach you the Take 5 way to manage a location, from service delivery to inventory control.

The role offers real growth potential, including promotion paths from Crew to Shop Manager. Competitive base pay of $15.00–$18.00 per hour with weekly bonuses, plus benefits for full-time employees, such as paid time off and insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the responsibility of the Shop Manager in their absence.
• Run the floor and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Open/close procedures.
• Count and adjust inventory.
• Train new employees.
• Perform oil changes and related services.
• Restock and maintain inventory.
• Maintain shop/office/bathroom cleanliness.
