Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Assistant Shop Manager to empower the team and ensure smooth daily operations. Paid training is available to fast-track leadership in our fast-paced shop.

Earn $15–$18 per hour plus weekly bonuses; full-time schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within Take 5. Prior experience is valued but not required; bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and lead a team.
• Ability to manage a shop floor and support the Shop Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor and ensure team coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
