Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead front-line teams and model the Take 5 way. The role includes customer service, payments, and daily shop supervision with opportunities for advancement.

Paid training is provided to learn oil change processes, inventory control, and leadership duties. The position offers a clear path from Crew member to Shop Manager with salaries and bonuses, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate under a Shop Manager in their absence.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Run the floor and ensure staff are where they need to be.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory and training new employees.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
