Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in K-12 education, nonprofit, or social impact.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic priorities for Reading Partners Seattle.
• Manage a reading center site two days per week in the Seattle area.
• Create presentations with data compilation and slide design for meetings and funders.
• Support onboarding and management of AmeriCorps volunteers throughout the school year.
• Coordinate fundraising events, logistics, revenue tracking, and volunteer management.
• Support tutor onboarding and recruitment and advocate for Reading Partners Seattle programming.
