Job summary

The Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Coordinator, Events and Programs in Seattle, WA. This part-time (20 hours per week) role helps deliver events and programs and reports to the CEO of the Technology Alliance.

The position emphasizes organization, attendee experience, and collaboration with partners. The ideal candidate brings event coordination experience, strong administrative skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to support high-quality sponsor, attendee, and speaker

Qualifications

• 1+ year supporting events, programs, or administrative coordination.
• Experience supporting small non-profits preferred.
• Experience using spreadsheets, data tracking, and registration systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring event logistics, scheduling, materials, vendor and speaker communications, and registration details.
• Support attendee communications, sponsorships, and on-site registration processes.
• Provide administrative support and keep documentation, emails, and files organized.
• Assist with special projects and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
