Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance strategic priorities.
• Manage a Seattle-area reading center site two days per week, including volunteer coordination.
• Provide project management support for the Partnerships & Growth team.
• Support regional fundraising activities, events, and donor communications.
• Assist with tutor onboarding and recruitment, and volunteer management.
• Travel within Greater Seattle; occasional weekends/evenings may apply.
