Dematic seeks a Sr. Manager of Business Development to lead the Amazon strategy, expanding beyond traditional fulfillment and logistics. You will partner with regional and global teams to shape new business models and capture growth opportunities in evolving Amazon segments.

The role requires strong customer leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to drive long-term profitability across multiple regions. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America BD strategy for Amazon and identify growth opportunities.
• Diversify engagement across Amazon units beyond fulfillment and logistics.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to position Dematic's solutions.
• Partner with execution, engineering, product, and commercial teams to define new business models.
• Identify market trends and strategic initiatives for scalable opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders to understand priorities.
• Develop business cases for new offerings and partnership models.
• Drive alignment across regions for a coordinated strategy.
• Lead opportunity development from concept to qualification.
• Provide insights on growth, market developments, and competitive dynamics.
