Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Sr. Manager of Business Development to steer the Amazon-focused growth strategy across emerging segments in North America. You will work with regional and global teams to shape and position Dematic solutions while defining innovative business models for long-term profitability.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and evaluate new offerings to create value for Amazon and Dematic. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America business development strategy for Amazon, identifying growth opportunities across emerging segments.
• Develop and execute strategies to diversify Dematic's engagement across Amazon business units beyond traditional fulfillment and logistics.
• Partner with regional teams and global stakeholders to align solutions within new Amazon segments.
• Collaborate with execution, engineering, product, and commercial teams to define and operationalize new business models for long-term growth.
• Identify market trends, customer priorities, and strategic initiatives for scalable opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Amazon stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and investment priorities.
• Evaluate and develop business cases for new offerings, partnership models, and commercial approaches.
• Drive alignment across regions and functions for coordinated strategy and best practices sharing.
• Lead opportunity development from concept through qualification for successful execution.
• Provide leadership with regular insights on growth opportunities, market developments, and competitive dynamics.
