Job summary

Moments Hospice is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead sales, marketing and growth initiatives across the assigned region in Milwaukee. You will drive revenue, manage Hospice Care Consultants and develop partnerships with hospitals and community organizations to increase referrals and admissions.

You will oversee training for regional teams, establish performance goals, and ensure CRM and reporting are used to maximize market share.

Responsibilities

• Directs all Business Development and Marketing activities in Assigned Region – Develops and Implements Programs focused on growth of hospice revenue, patient census, and partnering opportunities.
• Oversees regional teams, provides training and coaching to meet sales goals and ensures CRM usage for data and reporting.
• Contributes to annual sales planning and alignment with branch goals; maintains referral and admission processes.
• Represents Moments Hospice with external partners, hospitals, physicians and community organizations to maximize revenue.
