Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a results-driven business development leader to plan and execute growth strategies within the assigned division. You will forecast demand, identify opportunities, and support care teams to expand Medicare service adoption.

Responsibilities include representing Enhabit to professional contacts, monitoring program execution, and maintaining key referral relationships to boost revenue and market presence.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have demonstrated related field experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement business development within the division, including forecasting.
• Identify market opportunities and provide strategic, in-field support to achieve revenue and admission goals.
• Represent the company to professional contacts about Medicare services.
• Monitor program execution and service provision; manage program tenets and relationships.
• Drive growth by calling on referral sources and maintaining account relationships.
• Ensure proper use of marketing collateral.
