Job summary

MindNow is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service for a new same-day behavioral health center. The role focuses on driving utilization of the continuum of care through marketing principles and effective program development.

As a member of facility management, you will engage in strategic planning, growth opportunities, recruitment, and retention, reporting to senior leadership. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare business development with measurable results and managed care experience.
• Working knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical operations.
• Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service within the Marketing Department.
• Achieve desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through marketing principles.
• Participate in facility management discussions on strategic planning, growth opportunities, and staffing.
• Lead the facility’s strategic marketing plan and brand/image; manage all sales and business development activities.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal departments and escalate issues to CEO and Admissions/Intake Director.
