MindNow is hiring a Director of Business Development to spearhead sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives for a new behavioral health outpatient center. This leadership role oversees strategy, partnerships, and growth opportunities across the continuum of care.

The position requires travel up to 75%, strong healthcare business development experience, and proven ability to drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years leadership in healthcare business development with measurable results.
• Working knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical operations.
• Advanced knowledge of state/federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department.
• Develop and execute the facility's strategic marketing plan to enhance brand/image and drive utilization.
• Collaborate with CEO/Admissions to address issues and opportunities; participate in strategic planning and growth discussions.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to support business development efforts.
