Job summary

MindNow is seeking an Executive Director to lead the opening of a same-day behavioral health outpatient center. This leadership role will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure services meet clinical and budgetary expectations.

The position requires 5–8 years as a behavioral health executive, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Collaboration with UHS subsidiaries is involved to deliver patient care at scale.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of behavior health executive experience (CEO or large director level).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical operations.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and state/federal requirements.
• Experience in operations, financial management, and marketing.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned MindNow location.
• Assess, develop, implement, and manage MindNow services.
• Ensure clinical and budgetary expectations are met.
• Supervise and monitor daily operations with emphasis on quality of care.
