Pureflow, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a meticulous Business Development Coordinator to support regional growth across NC, VA, MD, and FL. You will drive lead generation, manage CRM data, coordinate campaigns, and assist with trade shows and events to expand market presence.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with fast-paced environments, and the ability to travel for events. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research target accounts and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
• CRM & Contact Management: Maintain and organize customer and prospect data in CRM systems.
• Follow-Up & Pipeline Support: Execute timely follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
• Marketing & Campaign Support: Assist in email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and event promotions.
• Industry Engagement: Manage relationships with industry associations and memberships.
• Trade Show & Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and support attendance at events and trade shows.
• Travel Coordination: Schedule and coordinate business development travel.
• Brand Representation: Represent Pureflow professionally at events and meetings.
• Collaboration: Work with BD leadership, marketing, and operations to align outreach.
• Reporting & Organization: Track activity and provide regular updates on outreach.
