Job summary

OneDigital Advanced Health in Chicago (Willis Tower) is seeking a Growth & Analytics Associate to help shape top-of-funnel strategies and build the analytical backbone for lead generation across Sales, Operations, and Compliance.

You will own AI-enabled workflows after initial strategy, develop funnel reporting, and partner with stakeholders to turn data into actionable improvements in a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in analytics or management consulting.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort with AI-enabled and automated workflows; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: evaluate top-of-funnel channels with data-driven insights.
• AI & Automation Ownership: maintain and expand AI-enabled workflows.
• Funnel & Lead Analytics: build reporting linking vendor performance to outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Analytics Support: standardize analytics across departments.
• Problem Identification & Resolution: identify breakdowns and drive fixes.
• Business Partnership: translate problems into data-backed solutions.
