Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager at the Fort Worth site. You will lead a team, ensure safety, productivity, and exceptional customer service, and collaborate with leadership to drive site success.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and daily operations across shifts, with opportunities to advance within the company. Requires 3+ years in distribution/transportation leadership and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• BS/BA Degree preferred; Associate degree with equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record supervising warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the business and ensuring safety, productivity, and customer service.
• Staffing to optimize productive headcount; manage budgets.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard independent contractor drivers.
• Daily communications with drivers on service levels, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate; audit labor and billing reports.
• Manage site budget and scheduling of shifts; interview and train new staff.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety; hold weekly safety meetings.
• Oversee data entry, daily closeout, cash balancing, payroll records.
