Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Successful experience in a customer service capacity.
• Previous sales or cash management experience preferred.
• Previous Bank Teller experience is preferred.
• Retail locations must be available for workdays, evenings until 6pm, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
• Increase account relationships and attract new customers by promoting products and services.
• Achieve sales goals consistently.
• Maintain knowledge of Midwest Heritage products and services through training.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with clerical tasks and reporting.
