The role drives revenue while ensuring operational excellence across shifts. The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; education/experience considered.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or key holder experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees and managing payroll tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members during shifts and cover GM responsibilities in their absence.
• Maintain operational efficiency, safety, and service standards.
• Drive revenue performance through coaching, KPI oversight, and promotions.
• Assist in staff development, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Uphold company policies and review hours for payroll.
