Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash, based in Texas, seeks a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead a fast-paced team, drive customer satisfaction, and develop future leaders. You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, safety, and service standards, reporting to the General Manager.

Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $44,000 with potential bonus up to $12,500 and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in key holding or assistant management, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees.
• Strong leadership and sales acumen with coaching ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 45–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through team development and coaching.
• Assist in selecting, developing, and retaining outstanding team members.
• Lead all GM responsibilities during absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Address and resolve concerns while fostering a respectful, service-first workplace.
• Educate customers on wash products, memberships, and promotions.
