Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced car wash team in Tulsa, OK. You will drive customer satisfaction, coach staff, and manage daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of assistant management experience and strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. The role offers a base salary of $40,000–$44,000 with bonus potential up to $12,500 and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required or considered with experience.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee GM responsibilities during absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Educate customers on wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions to drive sales.
• Support daily operations, hourly scheduling, and task completion to meet site standards.
• Drive revenue by coaching staff and optimizing customer interactions; monitor KPI-driven memberships and labor.
• Uphold company policies, enforce safety protocols, and assist payroll tasks.
