Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Clear communication with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations to meet brand standards and KPIs; manage omnichannel initiatives.
• Support Store Manager and assume primary duties in their absence.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll hours to fit business needs.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed and assets protected.
