Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience showing strong customer service
• Ability to work at least one of: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Develops understanding of the business toward General Manager level within a year
• Creates positive connections with guests and teaches the team to do the same
