Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to grow into store leadership and help shape the district and brand strategy. This growth role partners with the General Manager to run the store, develop talent, and drive community impact while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The AGM will mentor shifts toward GM-level responsibilities, foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and accountability, and align day-to-day actions with long-term store profitability and brand

Qualifications

• Required: 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service

Responsibilities

• Does the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of GM over a year
• Creates joy and real connections with customers and teaches the team to do the same
