Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm
• Aim to develop store/business knowledge to GM level within a year
• Create joyful connections with guests and teach the team to do the same
• Foster an environment that drives fast, accurate service and team motivation
• Drive sales by linking speed and service to results
• Lead problem resolution with calm, professionalism, and listening to understand
• Connect daily tasks to Profit & Loss impact and broader business goals
• Organize/admin tasks to support store success and efficiencies
• Manage store funds by enforcing cash-handling policies
• Place, receive, verify orders; conduct inventory; control waste and rotation
• Think holistically about store success beyond the current shift
• Pursue root-cause analysis to enable sustainable change
