The AGM develops leadership skills, manages daily operations, and strives to hit sales goals through excellent service, problem solving, and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates team member and shift leader duties with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding to the level of a General Manager over a year.
• Hits sales goals through speed and service and resolves problems calmly.
