Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking a Burger King® Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and sales. You’ll work closely with the RGM to balance people development with operational discipline.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, clear communication, and accountability for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and support people by coaching team members and shift coordinators to grow skills.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards and enabling improvement ideas.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders, and maintaining cash controls.
