Carrols LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Burger King to drive guest experiences, coach team members, and ensure operational excellence. You will partner with the RGM to meet sales and quality goals while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash control & security protocols.
