Job summary

Carrols is seeking a Burger King Assistant Manager to drive restaurant performance and develop a high‑performing team. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operations excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial results.

This hands‑on leader role focuses on leading shifts, coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators, upholding brand standards, and balancing people development with daily operations to grow with the business.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast‑paced environments.
• People‑first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards, encouraging fresh ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands‑on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory efficiently, managing orders and assets, ensuring maintenance is completed, and using strong decision‑making to maintain cash control & security protocols.
