Imperial Brady is seeking a Sales Consultant to grow our Central Wisconsin region. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation and time management skills, and proficiency in Excel. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with 3+ years in sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in Foodservice, Jan/San, or Packaging.
• Outstanding selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
• Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets and budgets.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.
• Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items.
• Input sales orders and collaborate with the sales manager to solve customer problems.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in promotions.
