Job summary

Wisconsin Auto Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven team member to help clients explore financial solutions. You will ask questions, handle objections, and guide conversations toward decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll engage in inbound and outbound calls, stay motivated through coaching, and participate in structured training with clear advancement opportunities, including a comprehensive benefits package and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Strong communication skills, clear phone and in-person interactions.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License; fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand needs and guide them to financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and drive decisions.
