Job summary

Wisconsin Auto Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a driven customer service and sales associate to engage directly with customers, ask the right questions, and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, learn to overcome objections, and contribute to a structured, bonus-enhanced environment with opportunities for growth. Strong communication and bilingual ability (English/Spanish) are pluses; 40-hour weeks including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales or collections experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both speaking and listening.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
