Job summary

Utah Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing sales professional to work with clients, guide them through financial solutions, and handle inbound and outbound conversations.

You will ask follow-up questions, overcome objections, and help customers make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Training and coaching are provided, with structured goals and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Conversational with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
